This Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) governs your use of the https://fanaticmind.com website (“Site”) and all products and services offered by Fanatic Mind (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 

 

Important Notices

  • Payments: All official payment details and checkout links are displayed only on our checkout pages. Do not send payments to any bank details or links received via unofficial channels (e.g., unsolicited WhatsApp messages). We do NOT share bank details on WhatsApp.
  • Health Disclaimer: If you are currently under the care of a licensed medical or psychiatric professional, please consult them before enrolling in our programs or using our materials. Do NOT stop any medication without your doctor’s guidance. Our content supports personal growth and learning; it does not replace professional care.

Programs, Access, and Live Sessions

  • Course Access: Unless otherwise noted, courses are delivered as recorded materials. Any live sessions, Q&As, or community events are scheduled at our discretion and may be delivered according to [Your Time Zone, e.g., IST].
  • Community Q&A: If offered, members may post questions in our private community. Our team aims to respond within [up to 72 hours] on business days.
  • Bonus Services: Live sessions, support calls, community Q&A, and similar offerings may be provided as complimentary bonuses with recorded courses. They are not part of the base course fee and may be modified, rescheduled, or discontinued at any time without notice.

 

Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe, respectful, and growth-oriented environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Personal marketing, selling, or promotion of your own products/services within our communities
  • Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate direct messages to any member
  • Spamming, scraping, or posting harmful content or links

 

Violations may result in immediate removal from the course or community without notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

  1. Binding Effect
    This Agreement is a binding contract between you (“you,” “User”) and Fanatic Mind. By using the Site or any services, materials, or content (collectively “Service”), you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.

  2. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Payments: You agree to pay for all purchases made through the Site. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Subscriptions/Autoship: If you purchase a subscription, you authorize automatic recurring billing to your payment method until you cancel. Billing occurs on the schedule stated at checkout.
  • Refunds: Since Products are made-to-order and automatically sent to fulfillment once an order is placed and the payment is made and received in full, by placing an order for a Product you agree that returns or refunds will not be accepted except as stipulated herein. We do not offer or guarantee that order cancellation is available, and thus have no obligation to ensure it and will have no liability if cancellation is not available.
  • Invoicing/Tax: If you need a tax/GST/VAT invoice, please email [[email protected]] within [48 hours] of purchase with your details. Invoices may not be reissued with additional tax IDs after this window.

  1. Merchandise Sales and Fulfillment

    • Third-Party Store: The merchandise products ("Merch Products") available through this Site are offered, processed, and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc.     • Governing Terms: By placing an order for any Merch Product, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase transaction, including all terms related to pricing, payment processing, shipping, order changes, returns, and refunds for those specific products, is governed solely by the Printful Terms of Sale (the "Quick Stores Terms of Sale") and Printful’s related policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.

    • Current Printful Terms: You can review the current Printful Terms of Sale at any time directly on the embedded store or by visiting [Link to the general Printful Terms of Sale, if available, or just state the embedded store terms apply].

    • Order Changes, Returns, and Refunds for Merch Products: As Merch Products are custom-made-to-order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Orders are immediately sent to production. Requests for order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Returns or refunds will only be considered in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or not in line with reasonably expected quality standards, in accordance with the Printful Terms of Sale. Any claims for damages, defects, or lost-in-transit packages must be submitted by contacting us directly at [email protected] within 15 (fifteen) days of the estimated delivery date, providing proof (such as photographs) as required.

  2. Privacy Policy

  3. License and Use of the Site
    We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.

  5. Confidentiality
    You may receive non-public information about our programs, strategies, and materials (“Confidential Information”). You agree to keep Confidential Information strictly confidential, use it only for permitted purposes, and not disclose it to third parties. All Confidential Information remains our property and must be returned or destroyed upon request.

  6. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the Site or Service (e.g., via malware, scraping, circumventing security)
  • Access data or accounts not intended for you
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Site or Service
  • Use automated tools to copy or monitor the Site, except for standard search engines
  • Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
  • Infringe third-party IP rights
  • Misrepresent product pricing, availability, or your relationship with us
  • Violate applicable laws or this Agreement

  1. User Content
    If you submit comments, posts, testimonials, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Fanatic Mind a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute your User Content in any media for operational or marketing purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content and that it does not violate any rights or laws. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

  2. Health, Results, and Earnings Disclaimers
    Our content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals. Do not discontinue medication or treatment without your doctor’s guidance.

  3. Third-Party Services and Links
    We may link to third-party websites and use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, email services). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your engagements with third parties are solely between you and them.

  4. Communications; SMS/Email
    By providing your email/phone, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link and opt out of SMS by following message instructions.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Site and Service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanatic Mind and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 60 days preceding the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater.

  7. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fanatic Mind from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site/Service, your User Content, or your breach of this Agreement or applicable law.

  8. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Site and Service ends. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

  9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in USA for all disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Site/Service.

  10. Modifications to this Agreement
    We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Your continued use of the Site following posting of changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  12. Severability; Waiver; Assignment

    These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein (e.g., Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Fanatic Mind and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Site and Service.

 

Additional Terms for Course Access and Bonus Services

  • Course Fees & Access: Fees cover the recorded course materials. Access is provided for the lifetime of the course availability on our platform.
  • Bonus Services: Live sessions, weekend cohorts, support calls, and Q&A inside the community may be offered as complimentary bonuses with purchase.
  • Changes to Bonus Services: We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any bonus services at any time without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be issued due to changes in bonus services.
  • Ownership & Rights: All decisions regarding continuation, modification, or cessation of bonus services are at our sole discretion.
